International Yoga Day Celebration 2026

Our school celebrated International Yoga Day on 23rd June 2026 with great enthusiasm. Students from Grades 1 to 12 actively participated in the session, making it a meaningful and enriching experience for all.

The programme began with a series of warm-up exercises, followed by a variety of sitting and standing asanas that helped students improve their flexibility, balance, and concentration. During the session, students were also educated about the importance of pranayama and the positive impact that mindful breathing can have on physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Arpana of Grade 5 skillfully led the breathing exercises, guiding her friends through different pranayama techniques. The session concluded with a guided meditation, allowing participants to relax, reflect, and experience a sense of calm and inner peace.

The celebration served as a wonderful reminder of the importance of incorporating yoga into our daily lives for a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
